What this lease covers
This generates a standard residential lease naming the landlord and tenant(s), the property address, the lease term (fixed-term with an end date, or month-to-month with a notice period), rent amount and due date, a security deposit, a late fee with grace period, a pet policy, and which utilities the landlord covers. It includes standard clauses for maintenance responsibilities, the landlord's right of entry with notice, and default and termination terms.

Check local law before you sign
